Next month a new search engine called Krugle will launch. It will allow developers to search for source code and technical information from places like Sourceforge and the Sun developer network. You will be able to look for code examples by language. It should come in handy and seems like a fantastic idea.

Unfortunately when you ride on a bike people in cars tend to do some stupid things. This video, captured on the riders helmet cam, is a perfect example of what I am talking about. I am very glad to see that he survived but I know he had to be hurting.

Check out this link for the coolest touchscreen interface yet. It allows you to use both hands at the same time. I know it doesn’t sound like a big advancement but watch the video and see all of the new possibilities that will result. Apparently it was invented at NYU and patented by Apple.

So I just read the following story about how a company is requiring people to have an RFID tags implanted under the skin to have data center access. I must say I am not against this idea. I like the idea of an internal method of verifying your ID. The problem though, as this company found out later, is that the current technology is easy to copy. Right idea with the wrong advancement I guess you would say. If it is two factor I suppose it would still be fairly secure. How about two factor with a third factor being a known seed?

The best team in football, the Pittsburgh Steelers, have won the superbowl. It was a good game and the best team came out on top. The great game made up for the pretty normal commercials this year. You can check them all out here. Way to go Steelers! Pittsburgh looks forward to welcoming you home.
