I found this site to be very interesting. I am sure there are many more such incidents but this site list 20 of the known ones. Most don’t seem really big deals now, but I am sure with the Cold War tensions these were all close calls.

So I found this video on YouTube that had me ROFLMAO. Weird Al has done it again and has a parody of “Ridin’ Dirty” by Chamillionare f/ Krayzie Bone. It is very well done and he is funny as ever.

Ok so no matter how bad your day gets this video proves it could be worse. These windows washers had the ride of their lives. Or how about this reporters worst fears coming true?

Today is the 40th birthday of StarTrek. This being a geek related site I just had to mention it. I have a link here with information about that first, ever so important, broadcast. As a geek where would I be with out StarTrek and it’s important lessons about traveling the galaxy and dating green women?

Well guess what? They did. Microsoft has recently finished the construction of one of the most state-of-the-art schools ever built. It is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has been designed from the ground up by Microsoft. You can read an article with the details here. I think this is a great idea and will be interested to know the results of the education it provides in a few years.
