Finally…The Last Starfighter video game
For anyone who remembers the 80’s movie the Last Starfighter you will know that the movie was based on a kid playing a video game. It is every geeks dream that their video game skills would be needed to save the galaxy and that was exactly what this movie was about. Unfortunately and for some strange reason the game from the movie was never actually released. Well that is until now. That’s right you can go here and download the game. Yeah I know. You don’t have to say it……
Check out this great site called Necromanthus. They have flash and shockwave games. Ok nothing new there but they have games like Quake and Half-Life that run completely in your web browser. How cool is that. I have also added a permanent link to the site under games in my link menu. Have fun!
How about enough to make a video set to a Jutin Timberlake hit? You should check out this video Laura Foy did to show how much she truly loved her 360. It is extremely well done.
Stephen Colbert on Dungeons and Dragons and the Wii
You may already know this but Stephen Colbert of Comedy Centrals “Colbert Report” is a really big gamer. He did this segment on the new online MMORPG of Dungeons and Dragons. It is well done and very funny. He also did this piece recently on the Nintendo Wii.
